About the event
SUBMISSION & STATUS
Once an application has been submitted, it may take up to a week for final approval.
Be advised that venue space is limited and we may not be able to accommodate all vendor submissions.
COST
A standard vendor booth starts at $100 for a 10x10 space. We will provide you with a list of options for exhibit space once your application has been approved.
- Vendor space only allows + 1 vehicle.
- A deposit is required to secure your space. You will be contacted by e-mail if this is necessary.
Disclaimer *
All businesses and display vehicles are subject for screening for quality assurance. We suggest to provide a non-refundable deposit to secure your space due to high demand and limited space for specific event. Space awarded is not guaranteed until a representative from Superdrive has contacted you with your confirmation for reservation. One application per vendor. Sharing with multiple vendors using one booth space is prohibited. Clicking on "I Understand" verifies your understanding of our terms and conditions.
